Product Information

1. Where can I find size information for a product?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart and product description. As our items are sold internationally, please be aware of the unit differences between CN (China), US, and UK sizing standards.

2. Why are some products missing material details or back-view images?
We are continuously working to improve our product listings. While some items may currently lack certain visuals or material info, we are committed to updating them. Our priority is to offer a wide selection of styles to meet fast-fashion demands.

Orders & Payment

3. Where can I view my order details (product types, quantity, colors, etc.)?

· You can view your order details under the “Order Summary” during checkout.

· After purchase, a confirmation email will be sent from Colibam with your order details.

· If you didn’t receive a confirmation or had an issue during checkout, please contact us directly to verify your order status.

4. Can I pay using a credit or debit card?
Yes. We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in eligible regions.

5. Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to ensure your data remains safe during transactions.

Shipping

6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically, orders are delivered within 3–10 business days, excluding pre-order or out-of-stock items. For more detailed info, please refer to our [Shipping & Delivery Policy].

7. Why hasn’t my order shipped after several days?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. If there's a delay, your order may contain a pre-order item. You can track your order via “My Account” → “Order Details” → “Track Order.”

Returns & Exchanges

8. Can I cancel or return an item that hasn’t shipped or is out of stock?
Yes. If your item hasn’t shipped or is currently out of stock, please email support@colibam.com to request a cancellation or refund. For shipped items, returns can only be initiated after delivery.

9. How do I return an item?
Please email us at support@colibam.com to start your return process.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, and items must be in original, unused condition. Some items may be non-returnable—please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for more details.

10. Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend reviewing the size chart and product information carefully before placing an order.

11. Can I return my item to the address shown on the package?
No. The address on the package is a third-party logistics facility and not our return warehouse. Once your return request is approved, we will email you the correct return address.
